How to reduce belly fat?

  • Eat high protein foods.
  • Cut sugar from diet.
  • Walk 10mins after every meal.
  • Drink warm water after 15min of every meal(you can also mix lemon juice and honey with water).
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables and less carbohydrates food.
  • Apply some vicks on your belly and wrap it with plastic. It helps to burn fat.
  • Climb ladders atleast 10 times a day.
  • Add more liquid diet in your daily routine.
  • Eat junk or fast food only one day in a week.
  • Strict on your diet and follow healthy routine.
  • Play outdoor games.
  • Never skip any opportunity of walking.
  • If you like swimming do it everyday.
  • Rest completely one day in a week.
